When are the visits?
Spring is usually late April to early June once the melt and seed drop are done. Fall is late September to October, after the leaves and before freeze-up. We confirm exact dates with you.
Is it a contract?
No. It is two bookings made at once with priority scheduling. Change or cancel either visit with reasonable notice.
What if something needs repair between visits?
Call us. Plan customers get looked after first.
