Gutter Cleaning — common questions
How often should gutters be cleaned in Grande Prairie?
Twice a year for most homes — once in spring after the melt and seed drop, and once in fall after the leaves are down but before freeze-up. If you have spruce or poplar close to the house, fall alone is usually not enough.
When is the best time for a fall clean?
Late September through October, once the leaves have dropped but before things freeze. Book early — the last three weeks before freeze-up are the busiest of the year and slots go fast.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the property and reach an outside tap, we can do the job and send you the photos and invoice afterwards.
What if you find damage?
We photograph it and tell you before doing anything extra. Small repairs we can often do on the spot for a fair price. Anything bigger, you get an honest quote and no pressure.
