How do I know a downspout is blocked?
Water overflowing at one corner while the rest of the run is fine, a downspout that stays silent in heavy rain, or a wet patch against the foundation below it.
Why does it matter?
Water pooling at the foundation is what causes seepage, settling and ice heaving. It is by far the cheapest problem on your house to fix.
