Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to quote and do the work, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, service address and details about your property that you give us through the estimate form, the booking form or by phone. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed password — never the password itself.

Why we collect it

To give you an estimate, to schedule and carry out the work, to invoice you, and to contact you about your booking. We may contact you about a spring or fall visit; you can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Job photos

We take before and after photos of the work area for quality, dispute resolution and quoting. If we ever want to use a photo of your property publicly we will ask you first.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except service providers we need to run the business — our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Payments

Deposits and invoices are paid by Interac e-transfer directly to dawson@eavesandgutters.ca. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or banking credentials on this site.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in to your customer account. That is it — no advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep job records for normal business and tax purposes. Ask us at dawson@eavesandgutters.ca and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Door-to-door

We do not record or store personal details gathered casually at the door. If you ask for a quote we will record only what is needed to provide it.
